阀控式密封免维护铅酸电池与其他电池不同，实际上它不可能完全免维护，只能减少维护工作量，电解液蒸发少，不漏液。由于充电器还没有达到完全理想水平，仍然避免不了水分的少量蒸发。对于稍懂一些电池知识的用户，而且容量明显下降，可自行考虑适当加水使电解液恢复原来浓度或适当低于原有浓度，对较板较有利。
蓄电池在充电过程中，电池内部产生的硫酸蒸汽、水蒸气、氢气和氧气等混合物质逸出扩散到空气中，便会使人感觉道有刺激性气味。

产生较板硫酸化原因有以下几点：
?电池初充电不足或初充电中断时间较长；
?电池长期充电不足；
?放电后未能及时充电；
?经常过量充电或小电流深放电;

2、安装前注意事项
